本设备主要应用于摩托车轮胎胎胚（生胎）在硫化之前的进行的隔离液喷涂。有效解决在硫化过程中产生的脱胎难、粘连的问题，提高胶囊的适用寿命和产品合格率。设备采用触摸屏、PLC、伺服控制，采用高速甩离的工作原理，通过调节隔离液的输送量来达到均匀喷涂的目的。设备能够精准控制喷涂起始位置和结束位置，达到很好的喷涂效果。隔离液容器采用不锈钢材质，有液料搅拌功能、带灯观察窗口、压力显示、压力安全阀以及液料灌装口，使用方便、安全、可靠。
